Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event that an item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@hausofbb.com with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
